The Bears traveled to Etna Acres Golf Course for the inaugural Southwood Knight Invitational on Memorial Day. The Bears took home the win in windy conditions and played a tough course. The Bears shot 350 as a team and had all 5 golfers in the top 10 individual placement. The Bears were led by Cohen West with a 84 highlighted by 4 birdies (2 more chip-ins today to add to his season long total). Coltan West shot an 87 and Bentley Thornburg shot a solid 89. Freshman Maddox Taylor played in his first Varsity invitational and placed 6th overall with a 90. Hayden Taylor finished with a 97 but carded an eagle on a par 4!
