The JV Golden Bears faced off against the Shenandoah Raiders Friday night. The Golden Bears kept in close through the first quarter leading 9-8 at the end of the quarter. The Golden Bears pulled away in the second quarter leading 26-12 at halftime. The Golden Bears stayed cruising through the third quarter leading 35-25 at the end. Through the fourth quarter the Golden Bears had to withstand a late push from the Raiders but ultimately came out victorious defeating the Raiders 51-45. Team scores are as follows: Cooper Huston- 12; Caden Dance- 9; Maddox Taylor- 8; Connor Baker- 6; Corbin Lester- 4; Miles Gross- 4; Isaac Middleton- 4; Jed Ferguson- 2; Weston Grove- 2. The Golden Bears will be back in action Friday January 23rd in the Bear Den vs. Eastern Hancock. Go Bears!
